SHIPPING

We offer free shipping.
Currently, we ship only to USA, UK, Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong and UAE.

Orders will be delivered between 8-12 business days.
Our handbags will be shipped via international couriers like DHL or FedEx. Tracking will be provided at the time of shipping.
Currently, we are unable to accept orders with PO boxes as the billing and/or shipping address.

 

Unclaimed/Refused parcels: If any parcel is refused by the customer or not claimed due to their negligence, the order amount - less two way shipping and duties or taxes if charged - will be refunded once parcel is received back in our warehouse.

 

Import Duties or Taxes: Import duties or taxes, if any, are to be borne by you as applicable in your country since our handbags will be shipped from our warehouse in Hongkong or FTWZ in India.

Custom policies vary widely from country to country so please contact your local customs authority to check the limits for duty-free packages or import duty rates in your country.

 

RETURN /REFUND

We are confident that you will love our products, yet for any reason, if you want to return the product, we offer easy returns.

 

You may return any full-price item within 15 days of receipt of your order, provided that the items are unused and in original condition. Please note that you will be responsible for costs associated with returns including two way shipping while claiming the refund.

We are not able to offer returns for sale/discounted products. Yet, in case of any issue, you may contact us at support@madamemattey.com. We will try to help you as much as possible because we care for each of our customer.

 

Return's Disclaimer: Returned products must have it's original packaging, uncut hangtag, not show any sign of use, wear and tear, marks/scratches, alterations, or any kind of damage. Additionally please send back the products with a printed copy of your order receipt. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a refund request if a return does not comply with this policy.

 

EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges at the moment, However we suggest placing a new order for the product of your choice and returning your existing order for a refund.

 

2 YEAR GUARANTEE

We are confident about the quality of our leather handbags and provide 2 years guarantee on all the Madame Mattey leather handbags from the date of purchase. If the product gets damaged during the guarantee period, we will be happy to repair or replace the handbag.

However, the guarantee is applicable only under responsible use of our handbags.
The guarantee does not cover any damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse or neglect, exposure to extreme temperatures, acids, alcohol, solvents and water.
The guarantee is not renewed after repair or replacement. The guarantee is applicable only on handbags purchased through our website.

Please inform us at support@madamemattey.com along with proper photo/video proof of the damage and we will get back with further instructions.

What payment methods do you accept and what currency are your prices in?
We accept online payments using major credit cards including Visa, Master card, American Express, JCB, Diners from major banks across the globe.
Prices of all our products are listed in US Dollars, whether you're logging in from the US, UK, Singapore, Australia, Hong Kong, UAE or any other country.

Can I pay by check or with Paypal?
Sorry, we don‘t accept checks or PayPal at this time.

Do you accept prepaid credit card or gift card?
Sorry, we do not accept orders placed with a prepaid credit card or gift card at this time.

Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, you should receive a confirmation email and order number as soon as you place an order. If you do not receive an order
confirmation, please contact us at support@madamemattey.com with your order details.

Are your products sold in any retail locations?
We do not have any showrooms. We sell our products online only, directly from factory to you, to ensure honest pricing.

How do I clean my bag?
Clean and care instructions for every bag will be shipped along with the product.
