SHIPPING

We offer free shipping.
Currently, we ship only to USA, Canada, Europe, UK, Japan, Russia, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong and Dubai.
Pre-orders will be shipped within 12-15 weeks from the date of placing the order.

 

Our handbags will be shipped via international couriers and will need to be signed for. Tracking will be provided at the time of shipping.

 

Currently, we are unable to accept orders with PO boxes as the billing and/or shipping address.

 

Import Duties/ Custom Charges & Taxes: Import duty/custom charges or other local taxes or administration fees are to be borne by you as applicable in your country since our handbags will be shipped from Italy. You may be required to pay these when you accept delivery of the items from the courier. Customs policies vary widely from country to country so please contact your local customs authority for further information.

 

VAT/Sales Tax : VAT/Sales Tax if applicable in your country will be calculated at the time of checkout.

 

CANCELLATION

You may cancel your order for a full refund within 7 business days of placing the order.

 

To do this, please contact our support team: support@madamemattey.com

 

Provide them with your name, email id, order number, cancellation request and they will process your cancellation.

 

The customer will have to bear conversion fee & transaction fees as applicable.

 

RETURN /REFUND

You may return any full-price item within 30 days of receipt of your order, provided that the items are unused and in original condition. Please note that you will have to bear two way shipping and bank charges if any while claiming the refund.

 

Preordered items are not eligible for return/refund, as we are offering our products at highly discounted prices during preorder.

 

Yet, in case of any issue, you may contact us at support@madamemattey.com We will try to help you as much as possible because we care for each of our customer.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

We will take utmost care while shipping the products, yet in case of receipt of any defective product you can inform us at support@madamemattey.com along with proper photo/video proof of the defect of unused product within 7 business days of receipt of your order.

 

We will contact you within 4-5 business days with instructions.

 

The company will bear two way shipping if the defect is found genuine.

 

However, the defective product will be replaced strictly by the same model. No change for size, colour or leather will be entertained for defective product replacement.

 

Company's decision will be final and binding in this case.

EXCHANGES

As we are offering our products at highly discounted prices during the preorder, we will not be in a position to exchange the products once delivered.

 

However, if you still wish to exchange for size, colour or leather, you will have to bear two way shipping and price difference if product is of higher cost. We will not refund any money if you wish to exchange with lower cost product.

PRE-ORDERS
1) When will pre-orders close?
We are in the pre-order phase at present and will continue to accept pre-orders till the launch of Madame Mattey work tote.

 

2) What are the benefits of pre-ordering?
We truly appreciate our customers who are supporting us during the pre-order phase and for the faith they have shown in us we are offering a bunch of benefits to them as under:

3.) Will I be charged immediately when I place my pre-order?
Yes, you will be charged Immediately when you pre-order your Madame Mattey work tote.

 

4.) When will I receive my pre-order?
Pre-orders will be shipped within 12-15 weeks from the date of placing the order.

 

SHARE & EARN
1) Is there any limit to earn referral money?
There is no limit to earn referral money. You can refer to as many friends as you want. You will earn $20 for each successful referral.

 

But in case, any of your friend cancels his/her order, the $20 earned through that friend will be deducted from your total referral amount earned during preorder.

 

2) When will I receive my referral money earned during preorder?
You will receive your referral money along with referred product.

 

3) How will I get my referral money?
We will transfer your referral money through Paypal or Venmo.

 

You will be responsible for providing a valid Paypal or Venmo ID to receive your referral money. You will have to bear Paypal or Venmo conversion fee if any.

 

4) Is the referral amount earned taxable?
Normally the referral amount will not be taxable but if the amount earned is more than the tax limit in your country, you will be responsible to pay taxes or submit required forms to the government as per your country law.

 

GENERAL

1) What payment methods do you accept and what currency are your prices in?
We accept online payments using major credit cards & debit cards including Visa, Master card, American Express, JCB, Diners from major banks across the globe.

 

Prices of all our products are listed in US Dollars, whether you're logging in from the US, Canada, UK, Europe, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand or any other country.

 

2) Can I pay by check or with Paypal?
Sorry, we don't accept checks or PayPal at this time.

 

3) Do you accept prepaid credit card or gift card?
Sorry, we do not accept orders placed with a prepaid credit card or gift card at this time.

 

4) Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, you should receive a confirmation email and order number as soon as you place an order. If you do not receive an order confirmation, please contact us at support@madamemattey.com with any questions.

 

5) Are your products sold in any retail locations?
We do not have any showrooms. We sell our products online only, directly from factory to you, to ensure honest pricing.

 

6) How do I clean my bag?
Clean and care instructions for every bag will be shipped along with the product.
